When you use the contact form, the site processes your name, email address, subject, message and optional newsletter preference. Resend delivers that message to Marcel Andreazza so he can respond to your inquiry.

When you submit the newsletter form, your email address and selected language are sent to Brevo to manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by contacting Marcel. Cookie consent and newsletter subscription are separate choices.

If you use a client sign-in page, the relevant authentication service, Firebase Authentication or Clerk, processes the account and session information needed to authenticate you. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in contact messages.

The hosting service processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors.

With Analytics consent, configured analytics services may process page views, referring pages, device and browser details, approximate location, interaction events and identifiers. PostHog and Microsoft Clarity can also record how a session is used, including clicks, scrolling and page interactions. Recording features depend on provider settings.

Language, theme and consent preferences are stored in your browser. Optional analytics and marketing integrations remain inactive until the relevant consent has been given.

Resend processes contact messages, Brevo processes newsletter subscriptions, and Firebase Authentication or Clerk processes sign-in information on the relevant pages. c15t manages browser-based cookie choices in offline mode. Each provider receives information relevant to its function and has its own privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the website, its users or legal rights. External websites reached through portfolio or social links apply their own privacy policies.

Service providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States. PostHog is configured with its US ingestion endpoint. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of that location. Contact Marcel if you need details about a particular provider or transfer.

Contact correspondence is kept for the time needed to respond and manage the resulting professional relationship, subject to legal obligations. Newsletter information is used to manage your subscription; limited suppression records may be needed to respect an unsubscribe request. Analytics, recordings, hosting logs and account data follow the applicable service settings and operational needs.

There is no single retention period for all information processed by this site. You may ask about the retention of a particular record or request deletion where applicable. Measures intended to protect information include encrypted connections and provider access controls; no online service can guarantee complete security.

You can reject optional cookies or change your consent in Privacy Settings at any time. You can unsubscribe from newsletters separately. Withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not make earlier processing unlawful or automatically erase existing records.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, limits on processing, or object to certain uses.
